6. Ability to independently work well with internal and external customer
7. Basic Computer knowledge along with typing speed of 30 words/minute
8.  Well versed with MS Excel

Job Description :

1. Excellent knowledge of Insurance / Property claim processing
2. Entry of Information related to personal details, provider details, invoice information etc.
3. Input claim details into claim management system
4. Setting up the claims into database
5. Calls to be made to Contractor and Homeowners in US
6. Surveys to be taken
7. Stakeholder interaction to get the complete job details
