Job Description :

1. Research skills and fact-checking using Internet-based search engines.
2. Tagging the reports by validating the images using multiple internal tools.
3. Provide high-quality customer service / technical support.
4. Email communication internal and external customers.
5. Proofread and edit the content before publishing.
