HCL looking for fresher graduates with basic computer knowledge and Statistical Algorithms knowledge for the role of Software Data Analyst.

Job Designation : Software Data Analyst

Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree

Experience : Freshers / 0 – 2 years

  2. Sound knowledge of MS Office.
  3. Good knowledge on Banking processes and basic Data Comprehension.
  4. Good Predictive Modeling Skills and analytical skills.
  5. Familiar with Statistical Algorithms.
  6. Analytical and Problem Solving with Structured Thinking.
  7. Problem solving skills and quick thinking to own & resolve customers’ issues independently, thoroughly & efficiently.
  8. Excellent communication skills to attend/resolve client issues on calls/chat/mail.
  9. Effective probing & analysing skills and capable of doing a multi-tasking of voice & data entry.
  10. Excellent verbal, written communication, interpretation and active listening skills.

Job Description :

  1. The role is to complete the client L1 certification program to become certified Data Analyst in the Pipeline Inspection industry after completion of L1 training program.
  2. The ideal candidate is a persistent problem solver who enjoys data intensive, analytical work.
  3. This individual must be process oriented, as adherence to industry standards is required, and should also be deeply committed to quality and accuracy at a highly detailed level.
  4. Manage the necessary interaction with client representative.
  5. Manage the necessary interaction with project leads.
  6. Fully accountable for the analysis work executed post becoming L1 analyst.
  7. Assess and interpret the processed data to differentiate between, welding faults, mill faults, mechanical damage, and other pipeline anomalies, internal and external metal loss.
  8. Assess defect significance based on formulae and parameters defined in International Pipeline Repair Codes and by the client.
  9. Produce technical reports based on the analysis of the pipeline.
  10. Respond to client technical inquiries and integrity concerns.
  11. Must comply with all company policies and procedures.
