Job Designation : Customer Support Executive – US Healthcare

Qualification :  Any Graduate

Experience : Freshers

Skill Set :

  1. Good computer skills including MS Excel, MS office.
  2. Sound analytical skills to ensure eye for detail with Logical & customer centric issue resolution skills.
  3. Ability to analyze, interpret and draw inferences from research findings.
  4. Ability to use independent judgment to manage and impart confidential information.
  5. Ability to make administrative/procedural decisions and judgments.
  6. Demonstrated success in handling large volumes of work.
  7. Ability to organize, prioritize, and accomplish tasks within established timeframes.
  8. Demonstrated proficiency utilizing reference materials & official documents.
  9. Should be willing to work in US shift.
  10. Experience in US healthcare will be an added advantage.
  11. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  12. Good typing skills with a speed of min 30-35 words/min with 90% accuracy.
  13. Any Graduates with Certificates can apply for this role.
  14. Fresher with excellent verbal communication skills.
  15. Ready to work from Office.

Job description :

  1. As an analyst the successful candidate will be responsible for their respective KPI performance in a US health care process. Individual will be involved in schedule adherence.
  2. To help the development of an excellent working climate within the function.
  3. To be a team-player and assist colleagues in their contribution to achieving the Business goals.
  4. To actively support all multi-skilling initiatives within the process.
  5. Display a high level of integrity in all dealings with internal/external customers.
  6. Responds to inquiries from providers and or POs, interfaces with internal and external customers on day-to-day credentialing and privileging issues as they arise.
