Job Designation : Customer Support Associate

Qualification : Any Graduate

Experience : Freshers / 0 to 1 year

Skill Set :

1. Proficient in MS office applications(Excel, PowerPoint).
2. Excellent customer service skills.
3. Basic knowledge of Banking/Finance concepts.
4. Attention to detail and Strong analytical skills to solve customer queries.
5. Ability to build relationships with clients and internal departments.
6. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Mandatory.
7. A problem-solving mind-set with the ability to multitask.
8. Willing to work night shifts as per US time zones between 6 pm to 4 am
9. Able to work well as an individual and as part of a team.
10. Any Graduation is mandatory.

Job Description :

1. As an analyst the successful candidate will be responsible for their respective KPI performance in a US health care/Finance process. Individual will be involved in schedule adherence.
2. Monitor customer accounts and identify outstanding debts and take timely action to encourage customer for timely payments.
3. Processing, Verifying & Posting Receipts for Goods sold and Service Rendered.
4. Maintaining records regarding payments and accounts statuses.
5. Researching and resolving customer discrepancies.
6. Co-coordinating with other internal & external stakeholders to address customer queries.
7. Ensure accurate, timely and appropriate responses to disputes within defined turnaround time requirements defined by managements.
8. Engaging in ongoing educations opportunities to update job knowledge.
