HCLTech hiring fresher graduates with excellent written and verbal communication skills and having excellent customer handling skills for the role of Customer Service Associate.

Job Designation : Customer Service Associate

Qualification :  Any Graduate

Experience : Freshers / 0 – 1 year

Skill Set :

  1. Good customer service skills.
  2. Sound working knowledge of MS office.
  3. Good computer skills.
  4. Good multi-tasking skills.
  5. Able to react effectively and calmly in emergencies.
  6. Able to maintain customer confidentiality.
  7. BA, LLB or Law background candidates are not eligible for this role.
  8. Candidate should be willing to work in Night Shifts.
  9. Required good communication skills.

  1. Complaint Management.
  2. Solving Customer queries.
  3. Using process knowledge in replying to customers.
  4. Maintaining quality standards.
  5. Effectively meeting the SLA parameters as set.
  6. Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  7. Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  8. Communicating with customers through various channels.
  9. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
