  4. Helpful, empathetic, and enthusiastic about customer service
  5. Freshers in UK/US Inbound calling preferably in Banking domain
  6. Required good communication skills.

Job Description :

  1. Answer all inbound queries as per call flow procedure.
  2. Adherence to process to ensure high quality and customer service.
  3. Follow escalation procedures for issues uncontrollable at agent level First call resolution.
  4. Break schedule adherence.
  5. Involvement in motivational activities, implementing feedback given during monitoring sessions.
  6. Updating various logs like escalation log, complaint tracker etc.
  7. Ensuring data security – proprietary data of customers
