Skill Set :

  1. Strong E-Mail Writing Skills with focus on Customer Service.
  2. Sound working knowledge of MS office.
  3. Familiar with customer support, email support order management, project management, KPO/BPO or customer service experience preferably in Order management/Order fulfillment.
  4. Experience handling complaints; driven to deliver an excellent customer experience through resolutions and adherence to response times
  5. Excellent analytical skills and strong decision-making skills committed to resolution and compliance
  6. Situational/contextual awareness with the ability to understand the impacts of ones work.
  7. Excellent critical and analytical thinking abilities
  8. High attention to detail, and high level of professionalism
  9. Proactive, self motivated, self starter, minimal supervision
  10. Strong organizational, time and workflow management skills
  11. Team oriented/team player
  12. 5 days working – 2 days off – Rotational offs.

Job Description :

As an Order Management Specialist, you will be responsible for processing simple to complex orders, and handling inquiries from the client with high accuracy and efficiency.

  1. You will use deductive reasoning to make sound business decisions.
  2. You will follow best practices and work cross-functionally with multiple teams to complete the above tasks and other daily job functions.
  3. You will multi-task in between tools in maintaining client databases, validating order information and verifying payment terms with high attention to detail and sense of urgency
  4. You will ensure compliance to all company and business policies, administer all open sales orders, and ensure appropriate order flow.
  5. You will own and manage the internal order to cash processes for multiple products to ensure it complies with organizational policies.
  6. You will learn and process all products offered in the logo.
