  8. Experience handling complaints; driven to deliver an excellent customer experience through resolutions and adherence to response times
  9. Situational/contextual awareness with the ability to understand the impacts of ones work.
  10. Proactive, self motivated, self starter, minimal supervision
  11. Team oriented/team player
  12. 5 days working – 2 days off – Rotational offs.

Job Description :

  1. You will use deductive reasoning to make sound business decisions.
  2. You will follow best practices and work cross-functionally with multiple teams to complete the above tasks and other daily job functions.
  3. You will multi-task in between tools in maintaining client databases, validating order information and verifying payment terms with high attention to detail and sense of urgency
  4. You will ensure compliance to all company and business policies, administer all open sales orders, and ensure appropriate order flow.
  5. You will own and manage the internal order to cash processes for multiple products to ensure it complies with organizational policies.
  6. You will learn and process all products offered in the logo.
