  2. Familiarity with web concepts and development technologies.
  3. Good customer service skills.
  4. Sound working knowledge of MS office.
  5. Should display good analytical abilities.

  7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  8. Display empathy, ownership, and sincerity in addressing customer requirements.

Job Description :

  1. Handle customer service desk operations in a technical program.
  2. Troubleshoot with a web development background (preferred).
  3. Provide support for Ads, including campaign management and optimization.
  4. Respond to customer support queries via chat, email & call, ensuring adherence to training standards, frameworks, and policies.
  5. Diagnose and resolve customer issues.
  6. Create and optimize Ads accounts at scale.
  7. Utilize data analysis techniques like regression, classification, and anomaly detection to identify patterns.
  8. Manage tasks through ticketing systems and prioritize client requests to meet SLAs.
