Qualification : Bachelors Degree

Experience : Freshers / 0 – 3 years

Skill Set :

1. Good knowledge of software development cycle.
2. Strong programming knowledge in C# and OOPS concepts.
3. Strong programming knowledge in Java or C++ and API testing
4. Sound knowledge of Java, Javascript and ReactJS.
5. Familiar with Software Development Life Cycle ( SDLC ).
6. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and willing to work under pressure.
7. Strong communication / negotiation skills
8. Good logical and analytical skills
9. Good reasoning skills
10. Effective in a team environment as well as working independently.
11. Ability to self-learn

Job Description :

In this entry-level position, individuals perform routine tasks as directed under close supervision and with little latitude for independent judgment.

1. Interacts with solution development and product ownership teams to give feedback, discuss and document design issues, investigate problems, and develop solutions to meet the technological needs of users.
2. Possesses in-depth knowledge of the organization’s products and/or services.

4. Analyzes and tests software to ensure that products meet design specifications and are within total quality management limits and standards.
5. Actively participates in the entire software development life cycle, including developing quality standards through participation in initial software development stages and testing software in later stages of development for reliability and accuracy.
6. Accurately documents activities, processes, and test outcomes.
7. May develop customized test procedures for the organization’s products.
8. Possesses basic competency in one or more ALI solutions.
9. Acquires job skills and learns ALI policies and procedures.
10. Possesses basic knowledge of engineering disciplines aligned with one or more ALI solutions.
11. May require mentorship and supervision of more experienced team members or managers.
12. Develops a strong proficiency in Customer Relationship Management systems.
13. May conduct customer training when required.
