HP looking for fresher graduates with good understanding of basic testing, coding,  debugging procedure and understanding of design for software systems for the role of  Software Engineer.

Salary : 5 LPA – 7 LPA

Qualification : Bachelor’s degree

Experience : Freshers / 0 – 2 years

Skill Set : 

  1. Proficient in at least one programming language C, C++, Java, Python etc..
  2. Solid understanding of software systems design tools and languages.
  3. Understanding of design for software systems running on multiple platform types.
  4. Understanding of basic testing, coding, and debugging procedures.
  5. Good analytical and problem solving skills.
  6. Good written and verbal communication skills.

Job Description :

Software Engineer Designs, develops, troubleshoots and debugs software programs for software enhancements and new products. Develops software including operating systems, compilers, routers, networks, utilities, databases and Internet-related tools. Determines hardware compatibility and/or influences hardware design.

  1. Codes and programs enhancements, updates, and changes for portions and subsystems of systems software, including operating systems, compliers, networking, utilities, databases, and Internet-related tools
  2. Executes established test plans and protocols for assigned portions of code; identifies, logs, and debugs assigned issues.
  3. Develops understanding of and relationship with internal and outsourced development partners on software systems design and development.
  4. Participates as a member of project team of other software systems engineers and internal and outsourced development partners to develop reliable, cost effective and high quality solutions for low to moderately- complex products.
