HPE looking for fresher Salesforce Developer having proficient knowledge in SFDC development, sound knowledge in building Salesforce apps from development to support.

Qualification : Bachelor’s / Master’s degree

Experience : Freshers / 0-3 Years

Skill Set : 

1. Proficient knowledge in SFDC development.
2. Expertise in building Salesforce apps from development to support.
3. In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the SFDC CRM application
4. Knowledge on APIs and security settings
5. Familiar with SFDC Admin configuration and customization and Salesforce Lightning (Aura, LWC, JavaScript).
6. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify errors
7. Ability to manage multiple priority tasks in parallel.
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

1. Analyze  detailed business/functional/technical requirements and specifications for the application
2. Supporting application testing, deployment, maintenance, and evolution activities by correcting programming errors, responding to scope changes, and coding application enhancements.
3. Performs analysis of complex functional and business requirements.
4. Designs solutions and participate in cross-functional teams.
5. Lead design activities and provide mentoring and guidance to other developers.
6. Design, prepare and execute unit tests.
7. Demonstrates technical leadership and exerts influence outside of immediate team.
8. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Contributes to strategic direction for teams.
9. Performs solution design. Applies the company and 3rd party technologies and leads design of highly complex infrastructure and software solutions.
10. Integrates technical expertise and functional understanding to create superior solutions for the company/business.
11. Mentors and consults with team members and other organizations, customer and vendors on complex issues.
12. Be Subject Matter Expert to drive issue resolution during major incident.
13. Analyze and resolve production issues within SLA
14. Trouble shooting and identify the issues
15. Bug fixes, Enhancements and Development
16. Monitor and Maintain application environment
17. Recommend and automate application monitoring where applicable
18. Design and Code review of the new requirements to check supportability/scalability/performance
19. Build and deployment
