HPE seeking fresher Software Site Reliability Engineer with proficient knowledge in Python, Java, C/C++, Ruby, and JavaScript,  having strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.

Job Designation : Graduate Site Reliability Engineer

Qualification : Bachelor’s degree

Experience : Freshers

Skill Set :

  1. Proficient in at least one programming languages Python, Java, C/C++, Ruby, and JavaScript.
  2. Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
  3. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, such as CI/CD.
  4. Knowledge of networking concepts, such as IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, Load balancing etc.
  5. Strong hand on expertise on Kubernetes, containerization technologies
  6. Experience with technologies such as NFS, Amazon S3, as well as dynamic resource management frameworks (Apache Mesos, Kubernetes, Yarn)
  7. Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
  8. Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Job Description :

  1. Run the production environment by monitoring availability and taking a holistic view of system health.
  2. Build software and systems to manage platform infrastructure and applications.
  3. Improve reliability, quality, and time-to-market of our suite of software solutions.
  4. Measure and optimize system performance, with an eye toward pushing our capabilities forward, getting ahead of customer needs, and innovating for continual improvement.
  5. Provide primary operational support and engineering for multiple large-scale distributed software applications.
  6. Gather and analyze metrics from operating systems as well as applications to assist in performance tuning and fault finding.
  7. Partner with development teams to improve services through rigorous testing and release procedures.
  8. Participate in system design consulting, platform management, and capacity planning.
  9. Create sustainable systems and services through automation and uplifts.
  10. Balance feature development speed and reliability with well-defined service-level objectives.
