Job Designation : Software Services Information Developer
Qualification : Bachelor’s degree
Experience : Freshers / 0 – 2 years
Skill Set :
- Basic Understanding of RDBMS databases such SQL Server and Oracle.
- Basic understanding of testing tools and unit test scripting.
- Proficient in writing code using languages such as (and not limited to) COBOL, PL/1, Java, C, C++, C#,VB. Net.
- Sound knowledge of Linux, Shell scripting, Java/J2EE, Oracle,YAML.
- Good knowledge of ITSM process and in-depth technical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience using (or an understanding of the use of) an Integrated Development Environment (e.g., Eclipse, Visual Studio).
- Excellent customer service and communication skills both verbal and written.
Job Description :
- Participates as a member of development team.
- Completes development of units with designs prepared by more senior developers.
- Participates in code reviews.
- Prepares and executes unit tests.
- Applies growing technical knowledge to maintain a technology area (e.g. Web-site Development).\
- Work in shift as part of 24×7 Operations Support.
- Ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines and mitigate client issues in a timely fashion.
- On-call or after-work hours may be required to serve the customer during customer-impacting outages.
- Must be flexible to accommodate after-hour projects and on-call work when needed
