HPE hiring fresher graduates with good technical Software and hardware knowledge of computing, storage and peripheral devices for the role of Software Technical Consultant.

Job Designation : Software Solution Consultant

Qualification : Bachelor’s degree

Experience : Freshers

Skill Set : 

  1. Good with one of Java/C++/Go program languages.
  2. Sound Software and hardware knowledge of computing, storage and peripheral devices.
  3. Advanced proficiency with case management databases and tools.
  4. Strong application troubleshooting and debugging skills
  5. Basic knowledge on  Windows / Linux / Mac OS environments
  6. Experience in troubleshooting in a technical environment.
  7. Superior customer service skills.
  8. Phone and remote support experience. E-support experience.
  9. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
  10. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in language to be supported.

  1. Successfully resolve technical issues (hardware and software) from incoming internal or external businesses and end user’s contacts and proactive notification systems.
  2. Respond to service, product, technical, and customer- relations questions on subjects such as features, specifications, and repairs on current and discontinued products, parts, and options, based on customer entitlement (warranty through mission-critical). .
  3. Resolve incoming internal or external businesses and end user’s problems via telephone and e-support.
  4. Articulate both in writing and verbally case summary, resolution and add to Knowledge Management System (KMS).
  5. Proactively assist customers to avoid or reduce problem occurrence.
  6. Represent the company in a face to face customer location visit, industry conference/trade show, vendor meeting, etc.
  7. Engages team members for support as required to ensure internal or external business and end user SLA demands are met.
  8. Begin to partner with and assist the Sales Pursuit team.
