Qualification : Bachelor’s / Master’s degree

Experience : Freshers / 0 – 2 years

Skill Set :

  1. Follow established procedures to complete complex assignments and resolve problems that require in-depth investigation or research
  2. Provide team assistance, including serving as subject matter expert, leading special projects, training new hires within work unit, providing daily guidance to lower level employees, and allocation of work, as needed
  3. Conduct basic analysis and research as well as workflow management
  4. Support an expansive array of products and services
  5. Communicate pertinent information to senior managers and support activities that help mitigate organizational loss or impact, as needed
  6. Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding.

Job Description :

  1. Executes processes such as configuration & quote, pricing analysis, bid support, revenue recognition, invoicing, or organizational sales reporting.
  2. Analyzes existing operational processes across the sales cycle to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  3. Creates and maintains process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) while ensuring the accuracy of data.
    Collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements, monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of implemented changes.
  4. Manages projects related to process improvement initiatives, developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  5. Engages with customers and stakeholders to understand their concerns and improve processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
  6. Utilizes business applications to create insightful analyses and reports for informed decision-making.
  7. Stays updated with industry regulations and best practices to ensure that processes adhere to relevant regulatory and compliance standards.
