Skill Set :

  1. Sound knowledge of browsers (MS Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome),
  2. Proficient in MS Office applications like word, excel etc.
  3. Effective time management skills and customer handling skills.
  4. Good understanding of phone/chat etiquette – Not interrupting, abstains from making unpleasant vocal gestures, etc.
  5. Ability to establish call control/multi-task chat queries.
  6. Candidate who is comfortable working from office can apply
