Infor seeking fresher Software Quality Assurance Analyst, Associate with good testing knowledge and should be passionate about testing and Quality.

Job Designation : Software Quality Assurance Analyst, Associate

Qualification :  Bachelor’s /  Master’s  Degree

Experience : Freshers/ Experienced

Skill Set :

1. Good testing knowledge and should be passionate about testing and Quality.
2. Sound knowledge in System Testing, System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing.
3. Good database skills with the ability to understand and write complex SQL queries.
4. Strong knowledge in test management tools like Test link or QC
5. Excellent conceptualization, analytical and logic skills.
6. Knowledge with Test Management and Defect Management tools.
7. Knowledge on agile methodology
8. Experience in bug management tools like Quality Center, Jira etc
9. Ability to effectively and professionally communicate, both orally and in writing.
10. Experience in functional automation Test Tools (like QTP or Selenium) is a plus.
11. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Description : 

1. Participate in testing including Functional Testing, Results validation, Regression Testing, Integration Testing, Automated Testing and ensure highest quality of testing.
2. Participate in requirements, functional specification and technical specification reviews.
3. Review and analyze the design and mapping documents created by the development team.
4. Derive test cases based on business requirement documents and inputs from the development team.
5. Review the test cases of peers to ensure highest test standards and coverage.
6. Coordinate with peers (onsite/offshore) in the development and testing teams to have a broader perspective of testing the functionalities and to facilitate better test coverage.
7. Should be able to justify the defect found with the development team and provide sufficient inputs for reproduction of the defect.
8. Write SQL scripts for data validation.
9. Ensure to adhere to all the processes defined for achieving excellence, customer satisfaction and efficiency.
10. Communicate with Products, developers regarding status, issues and risks on a timely basis. Identify, mitigate and drive issues and risks to resolution.
