1. Experience with Java / Dotnet development experience
2.   Industry specific knowledge or experience or technical writing internship.
3. Familiar with markup languages through either experience or classroom exposure.
4. Familiar with graphics tools through either experience or classroom exposure.
5. Strong research and writing skills.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills; can work well with team members at all levels of the organization.
7. Manages time effectively resulting in maximum overall efficiency; ensures successful completion of tasks.
8.  Good knowledge of TDD and Unit testing

Job Description : 

1. Demonstrates technical writing expertise by writing and publishing online user and administrator content including new release content.
2. Researches and organizes content for documentation projects.
3. Learns and develops technical writing competency in the company’s writing style.
4. Delivers quality documents with minimal errors; edits materials for clarity, organization, and adherence to standards; seeks and implement suggestions from mentors and content analysts
5. Works with and learns the company’s software applications to have a strong working base of knowledge from which to write user documentation. Works proactively to build knowledge of assigned applications.
