Job Designation : Process Executive

Qualification : Bachelors Degree

Experience : Freshers / 0 – 1 year

Skill Set :

  1. Proficient with basic computer knowledge.
  2. Sound knowledge of MS Office.
  3. Good knowledge of data management and analytical skills.
  4. Familiar with Sourcing & Procurement.
  5. Problem solving skills and quick thinking to own & resolve customers’ issues independently, thoroughly & efficiently.
  6. Excellent communication skills to attend/resolve client issues on calls/chat/mail.
  7. Effective probing & analysing skills and capable of doing a multi-tasking of voice & data entry.
  8. Excellent verbal, written communication, interpretation and active listening skills.
  9. Should be self-motivated and a good initiative taker.

Job Description :

  1. Responsible for handling customer request meeting all the SLAs (TAT, productivity, and Quality).
  2. Ability to Understand process knowledge quickly and efficiently.
  3. Active participation in team building activities.
  4. Adaptability in learning newer technologies and changing business needs.
  5. Collaborates with the teams to bring in process improvements or ideas.
