Job Designation : Process Executive

Qualification : Any Graduate

Experience : Freshers

Skill Set :

  1. Proficient with basic computer knowledge.
  2. Sound knowledge of MS Office.
  3. Expertise on L1 Service Desk/Customer Service skills
  4. Problem solving skills and quick thinking to own & resolve customers’ issues independently, thoroughly & efficiently.
  5. Excellent communication skills to attend/resolve client issues on calls/chat/mail.
  6. Effective probing & analysing skills and capable of doing a multi-tasking of voice & data entry.
  7. Excellent verbal, written communication, interpretation and active listening skills.
  8. Should be self-motivated and a good initiative taker.

Job Description :

  1. Supporting L1 Service Desk
  2. Working on domain applications
  3. Weekly Reports
  4. Generating and following up with new business leads.
  5. Drawing up proposals and presenting them to prospective clients.
  6. Ensuring all processes are carried out in accordance with company regulations, as well as health and safety codes.
  7. Establishing and maintaining relationships with staff as well as external clients and vendors.
  8. Addressing any questions or queries promptly and politely.
