Job Description :
- Ability to diagnose, and resolve systems and data issues by analyzing detailed logs
- Configures the system to match the required business processes by building appropriate models.
- Plans for testing by developing unit test conditions; tests application against the Design document and new configurations; assists BA’s during functional testing; supports BA’s and customers during Acceptance testing.
- Employs excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to listen, question, interpret, and clarify issues in both business and technical terms.
