Job Designation :  Software Engineer – Python Developer

Salary :  8 LPA –  12 LPA

Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree

Experience : Freshers

Skill Set :

  1. Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages (Python, Java, JS, Groovy, C, C++, Go).
  2. Strong proficiency in Python and its libraries/frameworks especially Data transformation modules like PANDAS, Numpy, PySpark.
  3. Excellent understanding of development concepts and SDLC methodologies.
  4. Familiar with Databricks platform using Python (PySpark, PANDAS, MatploLib, Seaborne) and SQL alchemy.
  5. Solid understanding of multithreaded software design.
  6. Good understanding of AWS cloud, virtualization and APIs.
  7. Expertise in Python scripting to automate Data transformation and Excel based reporting
  8.  Strong customer focus, excellent problem solving and analytical skills.

Job Description :

As a Python Developer professional in our Corporate Sector, you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm.

You will be part of a central team within Global Finance & Business Management India and interface with internal clients / stakeholders (viz. Controllers, P&A, Business Management,  and CFO-aligned groups) to understand the manual process, identify improvement & process simplification opportunities, run functional and technical assessment, translate the ideas into pragmatic use cases, own entire SDLC documentation (including BRD, SDD, etc.) and deliver tangible results on those use cases in partnership with developers (within Tech CoE / Business / Technology / Product).

  1. Engage with stakeholders within the Lines of Business (LoB) to understand and assess requirements and arriving at the designated solutions.
  2. Provide technical expertise and recommendations in gathering and documenting requirements, analyzing customer needs, and designing technical solutions.
  3. Develop solutions primarily using Python and SQL Queries and also other tools like Databricks, Alteryx, Xceptor, SharePoint, MS Access, VBA.
  4. Work on change management and development enhancements and also provide production support to existing solutions developed by the team.
  5. Investigate and resolve application functionality issues and provide first-level troubleshooting and support for any data related anomalies.
  6. Ensure appropriate technical documentation is defined and maintained relative to solutions deployed.
  7. Analyze complex problems and business requirements and recommend innovative alternatives and solutions.
