Salary : 10 LPA – 12. 5 LPA

Skill Set :
- Proficiency on firmware development in C and C++.
- Sound knowledge of Software development processes, working knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools.
- Good knowledge and experience in protocols and technology related to BMC (IPMI, I2C, SPI, RedFish, REST, OS Internals etc.).
- Proficient at recognising complex problems related to functional objectives.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with multi-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently to solve technical problems.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent written, verbal communication skills.
Job Description :
The role will be responsible for the Server BMC firmware development and maintenance of the new for ThinkSystem products, together with providing for the WW customer in General Purpose Team.
- BMC platform development responsible for requirements definition, design, implementation, and documentation of the platform.
- Applies creativity and judgment to developmental work on different projects within the business environment.
- Analyze situations and implement solutions, or develop new system elements, procedures, or processes.
- Capable of controlling work priorities and methods requiring trade-offs.
- Provides advice in technical/operational domain of specialization.
- Ability to apply discretion and independent judgment in matters of significance to Lenovo.
