Job Description :

1. Complete training programs specific to the respective area of specialization Databases, Network, Windows, Linux and Cyber Security Administration.
2. Provide L1 level monitoring support and assistance in the administration of Databases, Network, Windows, Linux and Cyber Security Administration.
3. Monitor and respond to alerts and incidents according to defined procedures.
4. Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as backups, software updates, and patch installations.
5. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective system performance and security.
7. Document and maintain accurate records of system configurations and changes.
8. Follow established operational processes and contribute to their improvement.
9. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices relevant to the specific area of specialization.
