MasterCard Hiring Fresher Software Developer – BizOps Engineer

Mastercard RTP BizOps team is looking for a Software Site Reliability Engineer who can help us solve problems, build our CI/CD pipeline and lead Mastercard in DevOps automation and best practices.

Job Designation : Software BizOps Engineer

Salary : 8 LPA –  12 LPA

Qualification :  Bachelor’s / Master’s degree

Experience : Freshers /  Experienced

Skill Set :

  1. Proficient knowledge in programming languages C, C++, Java, Python.
  2. Familiar with microservices, Event Driven Applications, and Databases
  3. Strong knowledge of Test automation
  4. Exposure to agile methodology and systems test lifecycle.
  5. Exposure in building or using automation frameworks JAVA based.
  6. Experience in Unit, Functional and Integration testing.
  7. Familiar with Software Development Life Cycle.
  8. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  9. Good analytical and Problem-Solving skills.

Business Operations is leading the DevOps transformation at Mastercard through our tooling and by being an advocate for change & standards throughout the development, quality, release, and product organizations.

A business operations engineer will ensure operational criteria like system availability, capacity, performance, monitoring, self-healing, and deployment automation are implemented throughout the delivery process. Business Operations plays a key role in leading the DevOps transformation at Mastercard through our tooling and by being an advocate for change and standards throughout the development, quality, release, and product organisations.

  1. Engage in and improve the whole lifecycle of services—from inception and design, through deployment, operation and refinement.
  2. Analyse ITSM activities of the platform and provide a feedback loop to development teams on operational gaps or resiliency concerns.
  3. Maintain services once they are live by measuring and monitoring availability, latency and overall system health.
  4. Practice sustainable incident response and blameless postmortems.
  5. Take a holistic approach to problem-solving, by connecting the dots during a production event through the various technology stack that makes up the platform, to optimize mean time to recover.
  6. Work with a global team spread across tech hubs in multiple geographies and time zones.
  7. Share knowledge and mentor junior resources.
