Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree

Experience : Freshers

Skill Set :

  1. Proficient knowledge in programming languages C, C++ Java, Javascript and Python.
  2. Proficiency in Network Security, Network Testing, Network Configuration.
  3. Good knowledge of IT Security, Cloud Computing.
  4. Good knowledge of Software development, software testing automation.
  5. Sound knowledge of basic Unix/Perl/C/Python.
  6. Familiarity with LAN, WAN,  IT operations, including Windows Servers, VMware & RHEL Operating Systems.
  7. Familiarity with coding and developing concepts.
  8. Excellent writing and communication skills.
  9. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Job Description :

  1. Maintain essential IT operations, including Windows Servers, VMware & RHEL Operating Systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, hardware and AV systems
  2. Asset management and vendor management
  3. Troubleshoot operational issues, escalations and resolve business partner issues in a timely manner with strong collaboration and care for business priorities.
  4. Maintain internal infrastructure requirements including, laptop and desktop computers, servers, printers, phones, security updates; support internet, intranet, LANs, WANs, and network segments
  5. Collaborate with business teams and other IT teams to ensure effectively manage identities and access privileges
  6. Identify, design and implement solutions for new and improved processes and provide a clear picture of possible outcomes
  7. Interact with the help desk and other teams to assist in troubleshooting, identify root cause, and provide technical support when needed
  8. Own and support continue improvement plans for solution health and Operational health
  9. Work in a shift based rotational schedule
  10. Participate in the on-call rotation.
  11. Ability to learn and use multiple utilities and tools that help with Operations monitoring and alerting
  12. Participate and learn new solutions through condensed knowledge transfer sessions
  13. Maintain support documentation, including FAQs, Knowledge Articles, On-call Guides, Run Books, etc.
