Skill Set :

1. Good knowledge of Software development cycles.
2. Sound knowledge of C, C++, Java, Javascript and ReacrJS.
3. Proficient knowledge in software testing automation.
4. Good knowledge of Powershell and  Python.
5. Familiarity with cloud-based services of Azure, AWS, and SaaS platforms.
6. Familiar with ITSM tools and understand the processes involved well.
7. Backend data analysis.
8. Proficiency in understanding and diagnosing technical issues.
9. Experience in Integration platforms.
10. Excellent communication skills to assist customers effectively.

Job Description :

1. Resolve technical issues related to In-house applications based on dotNet, API related queries, Boomi or any integration platform basic trouble shooting.
2. Collaboration with Customers and Vendor via email, chat, or remote desktop connections.
3. Operational support escalation
4. Aware and experience in Incident management, Problem management and Change Management.
5. Maintain OLA and SLA agreements with other Micron Business Units
6. Should be proactive and automate regular tasks.
7. Flexible to work on Shifts to provide 24×7 support to the applications
8. Continually improves operations through routine monitoring of system performance metrics and proactive actions.
9. Reviewing of system log files, trend analysis, configuration, incident, problem and change management processes.
10. Recommends and works with the Solution and Enterprise Architect on system or architectural changes when needed to improve performance, high availability, scalability, or propose innovative technologies.
11. Ensures architectural consistency and provides technical direction through roadmap process, knowledge management, disaster recovery plan development and testing.
12. Creating all the necessary documentation for any changes in the environment or innovative technology deployments as reference architecture for the global operation team.
