Job Designation : Software Engineering Intern

Stipend : Rs.60,000 – Rs.1,20,000/Month

Qualification : Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree

Experience : Freshers

Skill Set :

  1. Basic knowledge of Computer science fundamentals.
  2. Good knowledge of methods for gathering and analyzing UX research data.
  3. Good knowledge of operating systems, design patterns and related topics.
  4. Strong problem-solving skills and a command of interaction and visual design capabilities.
  5. Proficiency in translating research insights into great product experiences, and reflecting the synthesis of good visual & interaction design principles. 
  6. Good communication skills both written and verbal.
  7. Ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts to a variety of cross-group stakeholders.
  8. Strong organization skills, a bias for action, and ability to deliver results.

Overview

As a Design Intern at India Development Center (IDC), you will have the opportunity to work closely with product teams to produce world-class, and delightful design solutions in line with our business goals and with the intention of enabling the best possible experience for our users.

  1. Contribute to visual designs from concept to delivery. Create wireframes, journey maps, user jobs and scenarios, task flows, and personas in support of interaction designs for hardware and/or software-based experiences
  2. Focus on end-to-end user experiences, empathizing and balancing experiences with business and technical tradeoffs.
  3. Contribute to broader design system, increasing its adoption and consistent usage.
  4. Drive cross-team collaboration with the world’s best UX researchers, program managers, product planners and developers from the early stages of planning through implementation.
  5. Research and analyze customer feedback for incorporation into product enhancements, new product designs, and overall design language and strategy.
  6. Produce and validate product design specifications and production requirements.
  7. Negotiate design solutions in relation to business goals.
