Job Designation : Junior Tester

Qualification : BE/BTech/MCA

Experience : Freshers / 0 – 2 years

Skill Set :

1. Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing life cycle (STLC).
2. Familiarity with testing methodologies (e.g., black-box, white-box).
3. Hands-on experience with test management tools or bug-tracking systems is a plus.
4. Basic programming knowledge is an advantage.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Attention to detail and a passion for ensuring product quality.
7. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Job Description :

1. Review and analyze system specifications and requirements.
2. Execute manual test cases for web, mobile, and desktop applications.
3. Assist in designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts (if applicable).
4. Identify, document, and report bugs or issues using tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla).
5. Collaborate with developers to resolve issues.
6. Perform functional, regression, and performance testing.
7. Validate fixes and ensure the system operates as expected.
8. Maintain detailed records of test results and provide regular updates to team leads.
9. Create and maintain user guides and training documentation if needed.
