NTT DATA looking for fresher Jr. Network Engineer programming languages such as C/C++,C#, Java, JavaScript, Python, Node. js, etc., having sound knowledge of cloud architecture and services in multiple public clouds like AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft Office 365.

Job Designation : Jr. Network Engineer

Qualification : Bachelor’s degree

Experience : Freshers / Experienced

Expected Salary: INR 6 – 12 LPA

Job Description :

  1. Executes approved maintenance activities including patching and configuration changes.
  2. Follows the required handover procedures for shift changes to ensure service continuity.
  3. Reports and escalates incidents where necessary.
  4. Ensures the efficient and comprehensive resolutions of incidents and requests.
  5. Proactively identifies opportunities for work optimization.
  6. Updates existing knowledge articles or creates new ones.
  7. Identifies opportunities for work optimization including opportunities for automation of work, request fulfilment, incident resolution, and other general process improvement opportunities.
  8. May also contribute to / support on project work as and when required.
  9. May work on implementing and delivering Disaster Recovery functions and tests.
  10. Performs any other related task as required.
