Oracle hiring  fresher graduates with  knowledge of Windows & Mac OS,   Microsoft Office Suite, having familiarity with networking concepts and programming skills for the role of Software Engineer – Support Analyst.

Job Designation : Software Engineer – Support Analyst

Qualification : Bachelor’s / Master’s degree

Experience : Freshers / Experienced

Skill Set :

  1. Good at programming in Linux, C/C++ and Python.
  2. Sound knowledge of Windows, Mac and Linux operating systems and mobile devices.
  3. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  4. Ability to install & troubleshoot MS Office, Printer, Citrix, VMware, Software & Hardware issues.
  5. Excellent coding, debugging and network troubleshooting skills.
  6. Good understanding of roles, processes, and procedures within a QA environment.
  7. Should be capable of multitask.
  8. Strong customer skills and customer oriented.
  9. Should have excellent communication skills English/Spanish (Oral & Written).
  10. Should be smart, enthusiastic and a good team player.
  11. Ability and willingness to work in an environment providing 24x7x365 support.

Job Description:

In this role, you will provide guidance and real time resolution on a wide range of technical and non-technical customer issues including, but not limited to: Windows, MAC, SCCM, Citrix, Active Directory accounts, Printer issues, Software & Hardware issues etc.

  1. Handle incoming calls by analyzing the issue and following appropriate Knowledge Base articles to implement necessary fixes.
  2. . Document case notes in the ticket tracking system and escalate incidents when appropriate.
  3. Work is semi-routine in nature.
  4. Support may be delivered via phone or electronic channels like web and position will work in a call center environment as needed.
  5. Also, you will be the point of contact for new customers, introducing and educating them on Oracle as a whole.
  6. You will also have the opportunity to gain knowledge of specific product areas within our core technologies and/or applications.
