Job Description :

1. Working with Product, Tech teams and understand different product flows
2. Interacting with Merchant’s Tech/Business team
3. Understanding Merchant’s flow, making them understand our flows, problem solving for
   the requirement and implementing it.
4. Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve the
   merchant integration Issue
5. Taking ownership of merchant issues reported and seeing problems through to
   resolution
6. Ask merchant the targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
7. Understanding Tech issues involved in integration & providing resolution
8. Automating the process to solve the merchant integration issue and merchant
   requirements
