Job Designation : Software Test Engineer

Qualification :  Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree

Experience : Freshers / 0-2 years

Skill Set :

  1. Good programming knowledge in C , C++ , Java, Python.
  2. Sound knowledge of test automation and software development skills.
  3. Proficient knowledge of 2G/3G/LTE/5G network technologies.
  4. Scripting languages like Shell scripts, TCL scripts, Python, Perl etc.. C, C++, TTCN.
  5.  Modem/UE Protocol Stack Testing.
  6.  Ability to understand network scenario (signaling & user plane call flow),
  7. Good communication skills both written and verbal.
  8. Good problem solving and reasoning skills
  9. Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.

Job Description :

Person at this position is able to apply broad knowledge of their technical discipline or advanced knowledge of specific technical practices.

  1. Person identifies problems in existing systems and modifies it by following defined work procedures.
  2. Operationally oriented role responsible for achieving day to day defined tasks.
  3. Works under close supervision of Team Lead/ Project Manager.
  4. Responsible for design, coding, testing, bug fixing, documentation and technical support in the assigned area.
  5. Responsible for on time delivery while adhering to quality and productivity goals.
  6. Responsible for adhering to guidelines and checklists for all deliverable reviews, sending status report to team lead and following relevant organizational processes.
  7. Expected to enhance technical capabilities by attending trainings, self-study and periodic technical assessments.
  8.  develop test plans and test cases, and execute those test cases using an automation framework. Collects the required log and analysis/debug issues being found as part of regression.
