Qualification : Bachelor’s / Master’s degree

Experience : Freshers/ Experienced

Skill Set :

  1. Good knowledge of corporate finance / accountancy i.e., financial statements, annual reports, Sustainability and ESG Concepts is preferred.
  2. Well versed with Web Research and Microsoft Office.
  3. Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with the global Business environment, Databases, international/global Research sources and Content.
  4. Ability to interact with many levels and to face and deal with issues in a mature and professional manner.
  5. Willing to work in Hybrid work environment.
  6. Ability to think creatively, identify and resolve problems
  7. Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere
  8. Good analytical and logical reasoning skills with Positive attitude towards work
  9. Comfortable taking initiative and demonstrating resourcefulness
  10. Prior work experience in the field of ESG research, corporate sustainability or sustainability investing is an added advantage.
  11. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

Job Description :

You will be part of most trending and growing team. Alongside you will gain valuable insights on upcoming ESG data base. You will deliver and maintain accurate, complete, and timely data sets while considering the business global interests and needs internally & externally.

  1. Process data (Financial or Non-Financial, depending on the process selected for) and apply it in an accurate manner to the database using technical and financial knowledge
  2. Collection, Standardization, and validation of corporate annual, semi-annual or quarterly financial reports from companies or third party sources
  3. Deliver on predefined individual and team targets including delivering outcomes with quality and excellence.
  4. Work within parameters and with limited supervision to ensure quality and performance is as per set standards.
  5. Keeps up-to-date in knowledge of content sets. Builds industry knowledge by understanding industry trends and reporting standards
  6. Provides input and ideas for new collection methods and product enhancements related to the covered content sets.
  7. Troubleshoots problems or issues and provide support to the team.
