Job Designation :  Associate Software Engineer

Qualification : Bachelor’s degree

Experience : Freshers

Skill Set :

1. Execute testing activities in accordance with release schedules working closely with the test lead
2. Input into review of requirements and specification document
3. Writing test documents – Test Plan, Requirement Traceability Matrix, Test Cases and Test completion report
4. Execute manual and automated regression tests
5. Create and maintain automation test cases
6. Review test results and report defects using JIRA
7. Report on test progress and quality
8. Closely work with team members within QA, Dev and Product teams
9. Maintenance and upgrades of the QA environments
10. Occasionally be available for release weekend deployments

Job Description :

1. Basic understanding of testing methodologies is an advantage
2. Excellent written and spoken communication skills
3. Good time management, proactive, and detail-oriented
4. Domain Certifications – NCFM, CFA Foundation or equivalent
5. Exposure in designing & executing test cases
6. Programming experience in Python
7. Good understanding of Financial Products
8. Testing Certifications – ISTQB
9. Domain Certifications – NCFM, CFA Foundation or equivalent
