Sutherland looking for fresher Process Associate who want to build their careers in the customer service domain by having excellent communication and written skills.

Job Designation : Customer Support Executive 

Salary : Upto 4 LPA

Qualification : Any Graduate

Experience : Freshers/ 0 – 3 years

Skill Set :

  1. Sound knowledge of browsers (MS Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome),
  2. Proficient in MS Office applications like word, excel etc.
  3. Effective time management skills and customer handling skills.
  4. Good understanding of phone/chat etiquette – Not interrupting, abstains from making unpleasant vocal gestures, etc.
  5. Ability to establish call control/multi-task chat queries.
  6. Freshers and Experienced with graduation is mandatory.
  7. 24/7 shifts and rotational week offs (5 days working a week)
  8. Two-way cab facility only in night shift within 25Kms only from office premises
  9. Candidate who is comfortable working from office can apply

Job Description :

An International Voice Process Job is a Job where the executives are assigned to handle the calls/emails and chats from customers in different countries. particularly the US, Dubai etc. These jobs include product and service support or technical support in which the customer calls & chats to solve an issue.

  1. Responsible for handling calls and chat and providing customer support,
  2. Identify and relate with various customer needs and scenarios,
  3. Conduct issue identification and problem-solving meeting customer needs and satisfaction,
  4. Provide customers with cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident, and knowledgeable manner either through Calls or Chats,
  5. Remain updated in client and internal processes, technology applications, utilities, and products,
  6. Utilize various internal and client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing,
  7. Conduct data entry, documentation, and case management,
  8. Work and partner with others within a team-based environment,
  9. Achieve and maintain required metrics and goals,
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures as described on the HR Handbook.
