Salary : Upto 3. 5 LPA
Qualification : Any Graduate
Experience : Freshers/ 0 -1 years
Skill Set :
- Basic knowledge of computer operations.
- Good knowledge in Windows and need to have basic knowledge in Networking.
- Exposure to any monitoring/ticketing tool.
- Proficient knowledge in MS Office applications..
- Good customer handling skills.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Freshers and Experienced with graduation is mandatory.
- Rotational Shift Timings with 2 days of weekly offs.
- Candidate who is comfortable working from office can apply

Job Description :
- Handle inbound calls pertaining the technical issues
- Remotely resolving the technical issues.
- Build sustainable relationship with the clients and solve their issues with minimum TAT.
- Handle L1 troubleshooting, diagnose the issue and try to resolve alerts at your end to balance work load of L2 technical support team.
- Responding to queries regarding Experian, our products, services, data and client accounts
- Managing multiple client queries at once
- Utilising workflow tools to manage your own workload.
- Contributing to the achievement of team targets including service levels and quality measures
