Qualification : Any Graduate
Experience : Freshers/ 0 – 3 years
Skill Set :
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to articulate, bright and curious. Passionate about Customer service
- A High School, diploma, or a graduate can apply.
- Fresher/1 or 2 Years of Work experience in proven customer service field in voice channel is an added advantage.
- Willing to work in night shift with rotational offs.
Job Description :
- Handle Inbound customer calls from international clients.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.Utilize software applications and tools to manage customer interactions.
- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and quality targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
