Job Designation : Customer Support Associate

Salary : Upto 3. 5 LPA

Qualification : Any Graduate

Experience : Freshers/ 0 -1 years

Skill Set :

  1. Basic knowledge of computer operations.
  2. Good knowledge in Windows and need to have basic knowledge in Networking.
  3. Exposure to any monitoring/ticketing tool.
  4. Proficient in MS Office.
  5. Good customer handling skills.
  6. Must be fluent in English.
  7. Freshers and Experienced with graduation is mandatory.
  8. Rotational Shift Timings with 2 days of weekly offs.
  9. Candidate who is comfortable working from office can apply
  10. Need Immediate Joiners only.

Job Description :

  1. Handle inbound calls pertaining the technical issues
  2. Remotely resolving the technical issues.
  3. Build sustainable relationship with the clients and solve their issues with minimum TAT.
  4. Handle L1 troubleshooting, diagnose the issue and try to resolve alerts at your end to balance work load of L2 technical support team.
  5. Responding to queries regarding Experian, our products, services, data and client accounts
  6. Managing multiple client queries at once
  7. Utilising workflow tools to manage your own workload.
  8. Contributing to the achievement of team targets including service levels and quality measures
