Job Designation : Customer Support Associate

Qualification : Any Graduate

Experience : Freshers/ 0 – 2 years

Salary : Upto 3. 5 LPA

Skill Set :

  1. Good knowledge in Windows and need to have basic knowledge in Networking.
  2. Exposure to any monitoring/ticketing tool.
  3. Basic knowledge of computer operations.
  4. Proficient in MS Office.
  5. Good customer handling skills.
  6. Effective time management skills and customer handling skills.
  7. Must be fluent in English.
  8. Freshers and Experienced with graduation is mandatory.
  9. Rotational Shift Timings with 2 days of weekly offs.
  10. Candidate who is comfortable working from office can apply

Job Description :

  1. Handle inbound calls pertaining the technical issues.
  2. Remotely resolving the technical issues.
  3. Build sustainable relationship with the clients and solve their issues with minimum TAT.
  4. Handle L1 troubleshooting, diagnose the issue and try to resolve alerts at your end to balance work load of L2 technical support team.
  5. Responsible for handling calls and chat and providing customer support,
  6. Identify and relate with various customer needs and scenarios,
  7. Conduct issue identification and problem-solving meeting customer needs and satisfaction,
  8. Provide customers with cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident, and knowledgeable manner either through Calls or Chats,
