Job Designation : Customer Support Representative

Qualification : Any Graduate

Experience : Freshers

Salary : Up to 3.5 LPA

Skill Set :

  1. Fluency in English is mandatory.
  2. Strong communication skills.
  3. Open to freshers and experienced candidates.
  4. Education: Graduates, Undergraduates, and Postgraduates can apply.
  5. Willingness to work in 24/7 shifts with rotational week-offs (5 working days per week).
  6. Comfortable with on-site work (WFO).
  7. Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Description :

  1. Handle Customer queries through calls, chats or emails
  2. Provide accurate and timely information to customer inquiries.
  3. Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively.
  4. Work in coordination with team members to achieve service targets.
  5. Stay updated with product information and company policies.
