Qualification : Any Graduate
Experience : Freshers

Skill Set :
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Strong communication skills.

- Education: Graduates, Undergraduates, and Postgraduates can apply.
- Willingness to work in 24/7 shifts with rotational week-offs (5 working days per week).
- Comfortable with on-site work (WFO).
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Job Description :
- Handle Customer queries through calls, chats or emails
- Provide accurate and timely information to customer inquiries.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively.
- Work in coordination with team members to achieve service targets.
- Stay updated with product information and company policies.
