Experience : Freshers/ 0 – 3 years

Skill Set :

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
2. Ability to articulate, bright and curious. Passionate about Customer service
3. A High School, diploma, or a graduate can apply.
4. Fresher/1 or 2 Years of Work experience in proven customer service field in voice channel is an added advantage.
5. Undergraduate and Graduate are eligible.
6. Any domestic experience also considerable.

Job Description :

1. Handle Inbound customer calls from international clients.
2. Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.Utilize software applications and tools to manage customer interactions.
3. Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and quality targets.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
