Job Designation : Associate Software Development Engineer

Qualification :  Bachelor’s / Master’s degree

Experience : Freshers / 0 – 2 years

Skill Set :

  1. Proficiency in Kotlin programming languages.
  2. Strong understanding of Android SDK, Android Studio, and related development tools.
  3. Experience with Android architecture components (e.g., MVVM, LiveData, Room).
  4. Solid understanding of software design principles, patterns, and best practices.
  5. Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON/Proto etc
  6. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration tools (e.g., Jenkins).
  7. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  8. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  9. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  10. Knowledge and hands on experience of Kotlin Multiplatform will be cherry on the top.

Job Description :

  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to make our app more scalable and robust. Architect solutions that adhere to best practices and promote code reusability.
  2. Write clean, maintainable, reusable code in Kotlin. Implement new features, enhancements, and bug fixes according to project requirements and timelines.
  3.  Develop and execute comprehensive unit tests and integration tests to ensure the reliability and stability of our Consumer App. Implement automated testing frameworks and strategies to streamline the testing process.
  4.  Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize Android applications for speed, responsiveness, and resource efficiency. Conduct code reviews and performance profiling to maintain high performance standards.
  5. Create technical documentation, including design documents, API specifications, and release notes. Document codebase changes, architecture decisions, and development processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and onboarding.
  6.  Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate product requirements into technical solutions. Participate in Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  7.  Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and technologies in Android development. Continuously improve development processes, coding standards, and software quality through innovation and experimentation.
