Job Designation : Customer Service Associate

Qualification : Graduate & Undergraduate

Experience : Freshers / Experienced

Salary : Upto 3 LPA

Skill Set :

  1. Good computer knowledge.
  2. Proficient in MS Office applications.
  3. Good Convincing skills require to handle customers.
  4. Good analytical and problem solving skills.
  5. Excellent communication skills and strong analytical skills.
  6. Candidate should be comfortable to work In Rotational Shifts 24*7.
  7. One side cab facility available in odd hours only.
  8. Only Immediate Joiners Required.

Job Description:

  1. Handling customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  2. Overseeing the customer service process.
  3. Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
  4. Establishing a positive relationship with all clients and customers in person.
  5. Handling customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner.
