  7. Must have Good typing speed upto 30WPM with 90% accuracy.

  9. Any two Mentioned languages (Tamil,Hindi,Telugu,Kannada,Malayalam,Punjabi,Marathi,Bengali and Gujarati) along with good English communication. (Three languages speaking skill Mandatory).

As a Customer Support Associate, you will be assisting customers over the phone with faults and account queries. our well-resourced environment will provide You with the tools and opportunities to enhance your knowledge of the banking process.

  2. Have to resolve customer queries over Email and Calls
  3. Have to solve the queries or the problems of the customers.
