Job Designation : Customer Service Associate

Salary :  Upto 2. 5 LPA

Qualification : Any Graduate

Experience : Freshers

Skill Set :

  1. Good customer handling skills.
  2. Working knowledge of MS Office applications.
  3. Basic computer knowledge.
  4. Attention to detail and Strong analytical skills to solve customer queries.
  5. Good analytical and problem solving skills.
  6. Should be flexible to WFO (Work from Office)
  7. Should be flexible to work in Rotational shifts (Including night shifts)
  8. Need immediate joiners.
  9. Excellent English language skills (verbal and written).
  10. Working days- 5 Days a week with 2 days of rotational week of

Job Description :

  1. Domestic Process.
  2. Process on Calling.
  3. Resolving customer queries through phone calls.
  4. Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
  5. Provide exceptional customer support through Voice.
  6. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  7. Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
  8. Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
  9. Stay updated on product and service knowledge to assist customers effectively.
  10. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
