  9. Excellent English language skills (verbal and written).

Job Description :

  1. Handling customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  2. Overseeing the customer service process.
  3. Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
  4. Establishing a positive relationship with all clients and customers in person.
  5. Handling customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner.
