Tech Mahindra hiring fresher graduates with good written and verbal communication skills, having working knowledge of MS Office applications and good customer handling skills for Customer Support Executive – Voice Process position.

Job Designation : Customer Support Executive – Voice Process

Qualification : Any Graduate

Experience : Freshers

Skill Set :

  1. Good customer handling skills.
  2. Working knowledge of MS Office applications.
  3. Basic computer knowledge.
  4. Good analytical and problem solving skills.
  5. Should be flexible to WFO (Work from Office)
  6. Should be flexible to work in Rotational shifts (Including night shifts)
  7. Need immediate joiners.
  8. Excellent English language skills (verbal and written).
  9. Cab details: Candidates would be eligible for a drop in case the shift ends between 10-12PM (15KM radius from the office premises).
  10. Only male employees would have the late-night log out while all the females will logout by 8-10PM or earlier

Job Description :

  1. Provide exceptional customer support through Voice.
  2. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  3. Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
  4. Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
  5. Stay updated on product and service knowledge to assist customers effectively.
